College Path ("we", "us", "our") is an admission-guidance and counselling-support service operated from Tamil Nadu, India, accessible at mycollegepath.in. We help students and parents navigate TNEA Engineering, NEET UG Medical, and related admission processes with cutoff data, rank prediction tools, and personal counselling guidance.
By creating an account, browsing the site, or purchasing any plan on College Path, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
College Path provides informational and advisory guidance only based on publicly available cutoff data (TNEA, NEET UG / MCC, government notifications) and our own analysis. We are an independent counselling service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of Anna University, TNEA, the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), or any government admission authority.
Cutoff figures, rank predictions, and college suggestions shown on this site are estimates based on historical data and are provided for guidance only. They do not guarantee a seat, rank, or admission outcome in any college or course. Final admission is always subject to the rules, seat availability, and decisions of the official counselling authority.
We offer free and paid plans (e.g. ₹999, ₹1,999, ₹2,999, ₹4,999) that unlock additional features such as detailed cutoff-wise search, rank prediction, WhatsApp updates, and one-on-one counselling support. Plan features and prices are shown at the time of purchase and may change without prior notice for future purchases; an already-purchased plan will keep the features promised at the time of payment for its validity period.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
By sharing your mobile number, you consent to being contacted via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call for admission guidance, plan updates, and counselling support. You can request to stop receiving promotional messages at any time.
College Path, its founder, and team are not liable for any loss, damage, missed admission opportunity, or decision taken by a student/parent based on information provided on this platform. All admission decisions should be independently verified with the official counselling authority (Anna University / DME / MCC) before acting on them.
All content on this site — including compiled cutoff tables, design, tools, and text — is the property of College Path unless sourced from and attributed to a government publication. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction over any disputes.
