MCC’s All India Quota Round 3 seat allotment result is scheduled for 30 September 2026. Choice filling closed at noon on 28 September and allotment is being processed now. This page will carry the result the day it is published — college-wise closing ranks, what moved since Round 2, and what is left for the stray-vacancy round.
Those are MCC’s Round 3 seat files as revised on 25 September 2026: 5,480 MBBS, 597 BDS and 114 B.Sc Nursing clear seats, 3,608 of them at deemed universities and 2,168 in the 15% All India Quota of government colleges. Download the allotment letter and report to the college with original documents between 1 and 9 October. Round 3 carries stricter consequences than the earlier rounds — read the joining and security-deposit clause for your quota in MCC’s Information Bulletin before you decide.
The upgraded seat replaces the old one, which goes back into the pool. You must join the new college in the reporting window; there is no way back to the Round 2 seat.
You can still take part in the stray vacancy round (choice filling 12–15 October, result 17 October) for the seats left after Round 3, if you meet MCC’s eligibility for it. Keep your state counselling options open too.
The Tamil Nadu Selection Committee’s own Round 3 (92.5% and 7.5%) opened on 28 September: registration to 30 September, 5 PM, choice filling 1 to 9 October, result 12 October, joining by 14 October. MCC's schedule of 14 September 2026 fixes 30 September 2026 for the Round 3 result. Seat allotment is processed on 28 and 29 September.

Reporting at the allotted college runs from 1 to 9 October 2026, as per MCC's schedule.
MCC's Round 3 files list 6,191 clear vacant seats across 605 institutes and a virtual vacancy of 10,808, plus 183 newly added seats. The clear and virtual figures must not be added together.
The stray vacancy round follows: choice filling 12 to 15 October, result 17 October and reporting 19 to 26 October 2026.
The Selection Committee's tentative schedule gives 12 October 2026, with joining by 14 October.
